Our chapter has had three homes since its founding. We began occupying the second story of a home near Washington Elementary School. However, within a year we had outgrown our surroundings.

Our second home was located on Mulanix and better suited our needs. After years of renting, and following the property owners decision to repaint the “pink palace” a less than desirable color, we had grown to the point where we were ready to purchase something more permanent.

With the assistance of then alumni president Steve Harkema, we purchased our current house located at 610 South Osteopathy. In 1978 the house was expended to its current size, though since then it has undergone countless renovations and updates, including our basement party facilities and outdoor party pavilion.

Later with the passing of our dear friend and neighbor, Mrs. Madison, our alumni purchased her home expanding the fraternities property holdings and allowing our brothers more residential options.
